About This Building:
Leebrick, Koonce & Wright Halls are student residences that comprise the Tri-Towers Complex. The Tri-Towers Rotunda houses many 24 hour establishments. The eatery Rosie's Diner, the convenience store known as Rosie's Rations, a computer lab cluster, and the Tri-Towers Area Desk are all open 24 hours a day. The second floor of the structure contains recently renovated studio space for the College of Architecture & Environmental Design. Also found within the Tri-Towers Rotunda are the offices of Kent Interhall Council, ResNet and the Safety & Security offices of Residence Services.

Parking
Information

Visitors may park at meters located in most parking areas, in the Student Center visitor lot, or by obtaining a $2, “one-day” permit from Parking Services. Rates are posted at each meter and at the Student Center lot. Also, evening & weekend permits are available to non-student visitors from the Tri-Towers Area Desk.
