About This Building:
The Memorial Athletic and Convocation Center (MACC) was originally constructed in 1950, when it was known simply as Memorial Gym. The building underwent major renovation in 1992, when its name was modified. It was named in honor of the Americans who died in World War II. Kent State’s Memorial Athletic and Convocation Center (MACC) is home to men’s and women’s basketball, women’s gymnastics, volleyball and wrestling.

Parking
Information

Visitors may park at meters located in most parking areas, in the Student Center visitor lot, or by obtaining a $2, “one-day” permit from Parking Services. Rates are posted at each meter and at the Student Center lot. Also, most departments offer “one-day” permits to visitors.
