About This Building:
The Ceramics Laboratory was built in 1945 and was originally an athletes dormitory (what is now the Student Center parking lot was the football field then). For a while it was used for physiology research. It was enlarged in 1980 and kilns were added for its present use.

Information

Visitors may park at meters located in most parking areas, in the Student Center visitor lot, or by obtaining a $2, “one-day” permit from Parking Services. Rates are posted at each meter and at the Student Center lot. Also, most departments offer “one-day” permits to visitors.
