About This Point of Interest
The Kent State University Museum offers changing exhibitions drawn from its internationally renowned collection of 40,000 objects. Exhibitions feature historic and contemporary fashion from many of the world's great designers, costumes that represent cultures from around the world, and fine and decorative arts. The museum offers guided tours for groups and unique gifts in its Museum Store. Rockwell Hall was named for David L. Rockwell, President of the Board of Trustees 1926-1929. Check the museum's Web site for current exhibition information.

Parking Information
Visitors may park at meters located in most parking areas, in the Student Center visitor lot, or by obtaining a $2, “one-day” permit from Parking Services. Rates are posted at each meter and at the Student Center lot. Also, most departments offer “one-day” permits to visitors.

"Museum Visitor Parking" spaces are designated by signs in the northeast section of the Rockwell Hall parking lot. Parking is free, but please be prepared to enter the date, time and your license plate number on a log inside the Museum. These spaces are for Museum visitors only.
