About This Point of Interest
Ludwig Recital Hall, located in the Music and Speech Center, is named after Carl F.W. Ludwig. Ludwig was the president and founder of Ludwig Music Publishing Company in Cleveland. The action was taken by the university trustees to recognize Ludwig’s standing in the field of music as a performing artist (violin), composer and especially as a publisher.

Parking
Information

Visitors may park at meters located in most parking areas, in the Student Center visitor lot, or by obtaining a $2, “one-day” permit from Parking Services. Rates are posted at each meter and at the Student Center lot. Also, most departments offer “one-day” permits to visitors.
