About This Point of Interest
The PORTAGE Hike and Bike Trail is a collaborative effort between Portage County Commissioners, Portage County Park District, city of Kent and Ravenna Parks and Recreation, Franklin and Ravenna townships, Kent State University and Portage County Engineer. The new three-mile trail acts as a critical connector to Portage County communities, as well as a key east-west link between major hike and bike trails in Summit and Trumbull counties. Kent State’s segment crosses the Kent Campus between Lincoln Street and Dix Stadium.
